Born in Seoul, Miry bridges traditional and contemporary practices in her art. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Fine Art at Ewha Womans University, specializing in ceramics. After relocating to Canada, she expanded her practice to include photography and metalwork, engaging with diverse cultural influences. Her work explores the interplay between nature, personal experiences, and cultural identity, inviting contemplation on the rhythms of life and emotion.
